I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Alesis Melody 32 Electric Keyboard Digital Piano and I can confidently say that it is an excellent instrument. Whether you are a beginner just starting out in music or a professional looking for an affordable digital piano, this keyboard has something to offer everyone.

The Melody 32 offers 32 premium mini piano style keys and 300 voices including acoustic piano, electric piano, strings, organ, synth, drums and much more. It also features 40 demo songs with 300 built in rhythms and a built in record feature for recording your performance. The powerful educational features include Skoove 3 month premium subscription for interactive online lessons and two months of live video lessons from TakeLessons. The power source is either via the included USB cable or four AA batteries not included .

The size of the Melody 32 makes it perfect for both home use and travelling as it is compact yet still provides plenty of features. It also has a 1/8 stereo headphone output which mutes the built in speakers for quieter practise sessions. It also comes with a convenient carry bag which allows you to take your keyboard wherever your music takes you.

The sound quality of the Melody 32 is excellent and I was really impressed with how realistic it sounded when playing different instruments. The keys are responsive and feel good to play on, which makes practising enjoyable. I found the educational features really useful too it s great to be able to use interactive online lessons from Skoove or live video lessons from TakeLessons.
