I recently purchased the Amcrest UltraHD 16 Channel DVR Security Camera System Recorder and have been incredibly impressed with its features and performance. Ive tested many security camera systems, and this one stands out for its ease of use, high resolution video capture, and advanced AI features.
The Amcrest system features a 5 Megapixel surveillance DVR, which provides uncompressed, latency free raw data with UltraHD video transmission up to 5M N 1296x1944 16CH 10fps. The system also supports 1080P and lower resolutions 15fps. It records in H.265 compression technology, which allows for video files to be compressed without any noticeable difference in quality. The Plug and Play feature makes installation simple it transmits video, audio, and controls over a single coaxial cable, reducing the need to run new cables to your Security System.
The systems Face Detection feature uses face recognition to recognize individuals and confirm their identity. The Perimeter Protection features include Tripwire, which can trigger an event anytime a human or vehicle crosses the set tripwire line Intrusion alerts you anytime a human or vehicle crosses the intrusion area and Smart Motion Detection filters between human and motor vehicle shapes within a scene and only receives alerts when a person or vehicle is detected.
Amcrest provides lifetime technical support for this product for a full year from purchase date. Cameras, camera power supplies, camera video cables, and hard drive are not included with the purchase of the recorder they must be purchased separately.
Overall I am very pleased with my purchase of the Amcrest UltraHD 16 Channel DVR Security Camera System Recorder. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of use and performance capabilities. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an advanced security camera system that provides high resolution video capture as well as reliable AI features such as face detection and motion detection capabilities.
