Anolon X Hybrid Nonstick Cookware Induction/Pots and Pans Set Review

I recently had the pleasure of testing out the Anolon X Hybrid Nonstick Cookware Induction/Pots and Pans Set. This set includes two 2 quart saucepans with lids, a 4 quart saucepan with lid and helper handle, an 8 quart stockpot with lid, a 3.5 quart sauté pan with lid, a 10 inch frying pan, and a 12 inch frying pan with helper handle. The set is made from aluminum, has a nonstick finish, and comes in a dark gray color.

This technology combines an innovative base and stainless steel mesh engineered to keep oil in the middle of pots and pans so that heat and fats can unite for incredible caramelization and browning. It also provides an incredibly even heat on any cooktop including induction. Additionally, the nonstick coating is very durable, PFOA free, and it is metal utensil safe so you dont have to worry about scratching the surface.

When I used the Anolon X Hybrid Nonstick Cookware Set I was really impressed by how evenly it cooked my food. The heat distribution was excellent which made cooking much easier since I didnt have to worry about hotspots or uneven heating. The sturdiness of this cookware set was also impressive it felt heavy duty but not too bulky which allowed me to move it around easily when needed.

The versatility of this cookware set was also noteworthy it works great on all cooktops including induction stoves so no matter what kind of stove you have youll be able to use this set. Additionally, its oven safe up to 500 F so you can easily transfer your food from stovetop to oven without worrying about damaging your cookware. Cleanup was also fairly easy the nonstick finish makes most foods slide right off so you dont have to spend too much time scrubbing pots and pans afterwards.
