I recently had the opportunity to use the CooSpo Heart Rate Monitor, Bluetooth ANT Heart Monitor. As an avid runner and cyclist, I was looking for a reliable and accurate way to monitor my heart rate during exercise. I found the CooSpo to be exactly what I needed.
The heart rate monitor is very easy to use and connects easily to both my smartphone and my bike computer. It is also compatible with many popular training apps such as Peloton, Strava, Wahoo Fitness, Polar Beat, DDP yoga, HR monitor, Openrider, Zwift, Runtastic, Coosporide and more. With its dual mode connection of Bluetooth 4.0 ANT 2 transmission methods, I was able to get an accurate reading of my heart rate in real time during workouts.
The monitor has a comfortable chest strap that can be adjusted from 65 cm to 95 cm so it fits perfectly under my running clothes when I go out for a jog or on long rides on my bike. The strap also comes with a LED indicator light and a buzzer which makes it easy to know when the device is working properly. Plus the battery life lasts up to 300 hours which means I don t have to worry about constantly charging it or replacing the battery often.
In addition to being compatible with smartphones and bike computers, this heart rate monitor also works well with fitness equipment like Peloton bikes, Concept2 treadmills etc. It s also compatible with Garmin/CooSpo/XOSS/WAHOO GPS bike computers and sports watches as long as these devices have standard Bluetooth/ANT connections functions.
