I recently had the opportunity to try CRC 05078 Throttle Body and Air Intake Cleaner. It s designed to clean gum and varnish from the throttle valves and throttle body for easier starting and smoother engine performance. It also cleans air intakes, throttle valves, throttle bodies and linkages on fuel injected gasoline engines.
The product is in a clear colorless liquid form that can be easily poured into the engine. It s low VOC formula is safe for use on coated throttle bodies. I found it very easy to use as I just had to pour it into the engine, let it sit for a few minutes, then start the engine for about 5 minutes. After that, I shut off the engine and let it sit for another 10 minutes before restarting it again.
When I tested the product, I noticed an immediate improvement in my cars performance. The engine started up quickly and ran smoothly with no hesitation or stuttering. My car also seemed to have more power when accelerating. After using the product, I could definitely tell a difference in my cars overall performance.
