Product Overview

I recently purchased the Cobra MR HH350W FLT Handheld Floating VHF Radio for a recent sailing trip and I am extremely pleased with its performance. Not only is this a reliable and high quality product, but it also offers a host of features which make it an ideal choice for marine communication.

The Cobra MR HH350W FLT Handheld Floating VHF Radio has a maximum coverage range of up to 60 miles, allowing for instant access to channels in the US, Canada, and internationally at 1, 3, or 6 watts. Its also equipped with a Tri Watch feature which allows you to monitor three channels at once Channel 16 and two user selected channels .

A unique feature of this radio is its floating design and orange core which makes retrieving your radio easy if dropped overboard. It also meets JIS7 IPX7 standards allowing your radio to be submersed for 30 minutes at one meter deep. The Burp Feature vibrates the water out of the speaker grill and improves speaker performance which is great when you re in choppy waters.

The Cobra MR HH350W FLT Handheld Floating VHF Radio comes ready to use with the included drop in battery charger, AC charger, DC charger, LiON battery pack, antenna, owner s manual, spring loaded belt clip, and wrist strap. Additionally, it has a noise cancelling microphone which blocks background noise for clearer conversations so you can communicate clearly over long distances when out on the water.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase of the Cobra MR HH350W FLT Handheld Floating VHF Radio. Its well built and reliable providing clear sound quality over long distances while being able to withstand harsh weather conditions. Due to its range of features and affordability I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good quality marine radio that wont break the bank.
