Finer Form Multi Functional FID Weight Bench Review

I recently had the pleasure of testing out the FF Finer Form Multi Functional FID Weight Bench. After giving it a thorough test, I can confidently say this is an excellent piece of home gym equipment that no serious strength trainer should be without.

What I really love about this bench is its versatility you can use it for flat, incline or decline exercises with just a few quick adjustments. This makes it great for full upper body workouts as well as core exercises like sit ups or crunches. Its also surprisingly lightweight and easy to move around, which makes it great for anyone short on space in their home gym who needs something they can store away quickly when not in use.
