Fluval 07 Series Performance Canister Filter Review

I recently had the opportunity to try out the Fluval 07 Series Performance Canister Filter, and I m very impressed. It s a powerful, efficient filter that is designed to be easy to use, quiet and energy saving.

The Fluval eTEC construction is top notch. It features cutting edge design and materials that allow for a powerful pump performance, reduced energy consumption, and ultra quiet operation. The motor is strong enough to maintain constant power and pressure over time, and it runs up to 25 quieter than previous generation filters. I also appreciate that it uses very little energy some 07 series filters draw as little energy as a single household LED lightbulb!

The AquaStop valves are ergonomically designed with raised lips for smooth operation. The motorhead clamps have a single action dual Lift Lock that makes release and attachment easy and fast. The Primer has a large easy grip handle for effortless start ups with just a few pumps.

I also found the Fluval 207 Cannister Filter to be quite easy to assemble. All the pieces fit together quite nicely and I was able to get it up and running in no time at all. Cleaning it was also simple all I had to do was unscrew the lid, empty out the waste, rinse off the filter media, reassemble everything, and turn it back on!

Overall this is an excellent filter system for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums up to 45 gallons 220 L . It delivers powerful performance while remaining energy efficient, easy to use, quiet, and cost effective. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for an efficient filter system that won t break their budget.
