I recently purchased the Hobbypark Aluminum Alloy Shock Absorber Assembled Full Metal Big Bore Shocks Front Rear Replacement for Traxxas 1/10 Slash 4x4 4WD Upgrade 4 Pack Navy Blue and I have been extremely impressed with this product. The shocks are made of high quality aluminum alloy and they are CNC machined for precision. They are great for big jumps and heavy duty use, making them ideal for my off road vehicle.
The package includes two front shock absorbers and two rear shock absorbers. The front shock absorbers measure approximately 100mm in length and the rear shock absorbers measure approximately 115mm in length. They come without pre oiled, so make sure you get some before installing them. The navy blue color is also very attractive and adds a stylish look to my vehicle.
In terms of performance, these shocks provide excellent handling and stability on any terrain. I was able to take my vehicle over large bumps with ease, as the shocks absorb most of the impact. Even on rough terrain, I felt very confident that the shocks would keep me safe and secure while driving. I have also noticed an improvement in acceleration as well due to the improved suspension provided by the shocks.
Installation was straightforward as all of the necessary hardware is included in the package. It took me only a few minutes to install all four shocks onto my vehicle. After installation, I could immediately feel a difference in its performance compared to the stock shocks that came with the vehicle.
