Klipsch Reference Premiere RP 500M II Review

I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Klipsch Reference Premiere RP 500M II speakers. These small bookshelf speakers are an absolute powerhouse and they have quickly become my favorite in my ever growing collection. The sound quality is nothing short of incredible and it really makes all my music come alive.

The Klipsch Reference Premiere RP 500M II speakers feature a two way speaker design with a 1 Linear Travel Suspension LTS Titanium Diaphragm tweeter, which minimizes distortion for enhanced, detailed performance. They also have all new Cerametallic woofers that provide absolutely flawless sound reproduction, minimum distortion, and maximum efficiency. To top it off, these speakers also feature a larger 90 x 90 silicone composite hybrid Tractrix horn that provides crisper, clearer sound.

In addition to their amazing sound quality, the Klipsch Reference Premiere RP 500M II speakers also boast some impressive design features. For starters, they have a vented tweeter housing that enhances the detail in what you hear. They also feature Tractrix ports for efficient air transfer from the cabinet for cleaner, more powerful bass. Furthermore, these speakers come with a removable grille that attaches magnetically for an elegant transition from powerful showstopper to discrete performance piece.
