The Step printer uses Zink technology, which eliminates the need for expensive ink cartridges, toners, or ribbons. The 2 x 3 sticky back paper comes embedded with dye crystals that produce high quality prints that are resistant to moisture, rips, tears and smudges. I found this feature quite impressive as it allows you to print photos quickly and without worrying about ink running out or having to replace cartridges.

The Kodak Step Printer also comes with an app that provides a full editing suite so you can customize your photos with filters, borders, stickers and text. You can edit photos in your camera roll right on your phone and then send them over to the Step Printer for instant printing in less than 60 seconds.
