I recently had the pleasure of testing out the Lodge L10SKL Cast Iron Pan, 12 in Black. This cast iron skillet is one of the most essential pieces of kitchen cookware that you can have in your home. Its versatile, durable and will last you a lifetime if it is properly taken care of.

The Lodge L10SKL Cast Iron Pan is made from high quality cast iron and features an ergonomic dual assist handle design for easy lifting and maneuvering. The skillet has plenty of cooking surface for all types of dishes, from seared steaks to sautéed vegetables. The pan also has excellent heat retention and even heating capabilities, making it a great choice for all kinds of cooking tasks. The interior is pre seasoned with 100 vegetable oil, so there are no synthetic coatings or chemicals used in the manufacturing process.

This cast iron skillet is suitable for use on all heat sources such as ovens, gas or electric stovetops, induction, campfires, and barbecues. It is not suitable for use in the microwave however. Additionally, this pan should not be put in the dishwasher as it may damage the seasoning on the pan.
