The MAXPRO Cable Home Gym is very easy to use all you have to do is adjust the concentric resistance from 5lbs to 300lbs with just a simple turn of the dial from one exercise to the next. You can easily move on from strength training to cardio, suspension or plyometrics exercises all in one package. This versatile gym also folds into an incredibly small package so you can take it anywhere with you weighing less than 9lbs 4kgs . And since it s made of metal, it s nice and sturdy too!

The price tag may be slightly higher than some other home gyms on the market but I believe it s well worth it for what you get a complete home gym that s versatile, portable and very sturdy. It s perfect for anyone who wants an all in one solution for their health and fitness needs but doesn t want to invest in bulky equipment that takes up too much space at home.
