Product Overview
I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Millennium MIL812 Chess Genius Pro Electronic Chess Board. This digital chess board is designed for both beginner and expert players alike, and it certainly does not disappoint. The board comes with an ARM Cortex M4/120 MHz processor and 160 KB of RAM, so it s one of the most powerful chess computers on the market right now. It has a playing strength of over 2200 ELO International tournament standard , which means it can provide a challenging game to experts while still being accessible to beginners.
The board also comes with two opening moves library choices: The Classic London Book approx 57,000 positions and the Modern Book more than 100,000 positions . Additionally, you can select no book and let the computer calculate its own move. This is great for people who want to practice their skills without having to rely on predefined moves.
The board also has a versatile analysis mode which displays a text based user interface in seven languages: German/English/French/Dutch/Spanish/Italian/Russian. This makes it easy for players from all over the world to use and understand how to play chess on this board. Additionally, players can customize their playing strength, options and exercises to suit their skill level. Beginners can also make use of the integrated chess trainer functions that are built into this board.

The actual size of the board measures 7.9 x 7.9 inches, but it comes with a display that has backlight so you can easily see what s happening during your game. Batteries are included so you don t have to worry about buying them separately however, there is no AC adapter that comes with this set so you ll have to purchase one if you want to use it plugged in rather than running off batteries.
Overall, I found that the Millennium MIL812 Chess Genius Pro Electronic Chess Board was an excellent choice for anyone looking for a digital chess board that provides both challenge and accessibility in equal measure. It s perfect for both beginners and experts alike who want to practice their skills or challenge each other with some friendly competition. I highly recommend this product as it will provide hours of entertainment and help sharpen your chess skills at the same time!
