The rulers are made from advanced PVC material that is not easily deformed or damaged, making it durable and safe to use. The rulers also have UV printed scale markings on them which makes them easy to read and have close to zero error when used for measuring.
The back and front design of the ruler makes it convenient for centering round neck and V neck t shirts of various sizes. The ruler can be used on adults, teenagers, children and toddlers due to its wide range of sizes offered.
