The sizing chart provided by Suitical was very helpful in finding the right size for my dog I measured from the nape of his neck near his collar to the base of his tail beginning of his tail/near the end of his lower back and got 26.4 29.9 which was just within the recommended size L range. The video provided by Suitical was also useful in determining whether I had chosen the right size or not.
