Product Overview
I recently had the chance to review Texas Instruments TI 84 Plus Graphing Calculator. This calculator is a great choice for students and professionals who need to perform data analysis, graph equations, and calculate complex numbers.
The TI 84 Plus is designed with advanced features that make it easy to use and understand. It has a 14 digit accuracy and displays 10 digits plus a 2 digit exponent. It can graph 10 rectangular functions as well as 6 parametric expressions, 6 polar expressions, and 3 recursively defined sequences. Up to 10 graphing functions can be defined, saved, graphed, and analyzed at one time.
Sequence graphing mode shows time series plot, cobweb/stair step plot, and phase plots. The calculator also has 14 interactive zoom features which allow users to zoom in or out on various areas of the graph. Numeric evaluations are given in table format for all graphing modes which makes it easy to interpret the results of calculations.
The calculator also has interactive analysis features which allow users to evaluate function values, roots, maximums, minimums, integrals, and derivatives. There are 7 different graph styles available for differentiating the look of each graph drawn. Horizontal and vertical split screen options are also available for comparing multiple graphs at once.

The TI 84 Plus also stores up to 10 50x50 matrices which can be used for matrix operations such as inverse, determinant, transpose, augment, reduced row echelon form, and elementary row operations. The calculator can also convert matrices to lists and vice versa. List based one and two variable statistical analysis is supported including logistic regression models as well as sinusoidal regression models.
The calculator has 3 statistical plot definitions for scatter plots, xy line plots, histograms, regular and modified box and whisker plots as well as normal probability plots. Advanced statistics features include 9 hypothesis testing functions along with 6 confidence interval functions along with one way analysis of variance..Features: 200 functions are supported on this calculator along with a multi line display making it easier to view multiple equations at once.
Overall I found the Texas Instruments TI 84 Plus Graphing Calculator to be an excellent choice for anyone looking for an intuitive yet powerful device that can handle complex calculations with ease. With its intuitive design and user friendly interface this device is perfect for both students and professionals alike who need an easy way to perform data analysis or compare equations quickly without having to worry about complicated menus or settings.
