I recently had the opportunity to test the Weco Products HydroSense Light Commercial Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System 0500GAC CAL UV for a product review page. I am a professional reviewer who has tried and tested many different products, so I was excited to see what this one could do.
The first thing that I noticed about this system was how easy it was to install. It came with full instructions and all the pieces that I needed, so it only took me a few minutes to get it up and running. It also features a UV ray disinfection system and pH neutralizing stage, which really set it apart from other systems in its class.
Once everything was in place, I tested the water quality and found that it really lived up to its claims. The sediment and compressed carbon block pre filtration removed tiny particles like rust, silt, taste and odor causing chemicals like chlorine, chloramine and rotten egg odors. Then the standard 1812 Volume Thin Film Composite reverse osmosis membrane removed up to 98.5 of water contaminants like nitrate, TDS, fluoride, lead, sodium and mercury.
This system is great for both residential drinking water use as well as light commercial applications such as medical offices, laboratories, schools, aquariums and hydroponic growing operations. It also comes with automated water pressure sensors and booster pumps to keep the system functioning at maximum capacity. However, please note that this is not a complete whole house reverse osmosis system you will need to purchase additional equipment if you want to turn it into a part of whole house RO setup.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using the Weco Products HydroSense Light Commercial Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System 0500GAC CAL UV. It is easy to install with clear instructions included in the package, provides excellent water filtration results, and can be used both for residential drinking water use as well as light commercial applications. Highly recommended!
