The grill also features porcelain enameled cast iron cooking grates and cast aluminum lid and body which are great for retaining heat and provide even heating across all areas of the grill.
The Weber Q1200 is very easy to assemble right out of the box with no additional tools required. It also comes with easy start electronic ignition and infinite control burner valve settings which make it easy to adjust the temperature for different types of cooking. Additionally, it has a glass reinforced nylon frame that makes it sturdy and durable for long term use.
In terms of performance, I found the Weber Q1200 to be outstanding. The heat distribution is excellent, allowing you to cook food evenly without having to constantly adjust or move around food pieces halfway through cooking.
