XTOOL A30D Bi Directional Scanner Review

I recently purchased the XTOOL A30D Bi Directional Scanner to diagnose and troubleshoot my vehicle. As a professional reviewer who has used and tested many products, I can confidently say that the XTOOL A30D exceeded my expectations.

The XTOOL A30D is an OBD II port powered device that works with both iOS and Android systems. The most powerful feature of this scanner is its bi directional control capabilities. It allows you to access and diagnose all available modules on a wide range of vehicles such as PCM, ECM, EPS, PDM, TPM, BCM ABS and SCCM. In addition to this it also supports active tests which allows you to check the functionality of various subsystems parts and components like fuel pump valves wipers window sunroof headlamps etc. This makes it a great tool for quickly locating bad parts on cars and monitoring the operation of actuators.

The setup process is quite straightforward as I was able to download the Anyscan app from either Google Play or App Store. After this I bound and activated the dongle on the app which I found the S/N and activation code on the quality certificate . The next step was plugging in the A30D interface adapter into OBD2 Port followed by clicking for BT setting on my phone/iPad and pairing with A30D. Finally I turned on the ignition which allowed me to start the diagnosis process quickly.

Overall I was highly impressed with this product as it provides all essential functions required to diagnose or troubleshoot any vehicle without any hassle at an affordable price point. The bi directional control capabilities make it ideal for professionals while novice users can still get great use out of it too thanks to its easy setup process. The only downside of this product is that some features may not be compatible with all vehicles so make sure you double check compatibility before ordering.
