Not only did it protect me from the elements but it also provided excellent sun protection thanks to its UPF 50 rating which helps block out harmful UV rays from entering the tent interior. Additionally, I found the water resistance level of this canopy to be quite impressive as well even in heavy rain or windy days, the canopy managed to stay intact without any signs of wear or tear.
