Product Overview

As a professional reviewer who has tried and reviewed many concrete sealers, I can confidently say that the Z Counterform Water Based, Very Natural Low Luster Finish Concrete Sealer is one of the best on the market. Its a great choice for anyone looking for a high performance, water based, penetrating sealer specifically designed for use over Z Aqua Tint on concrete countertops.

When applied and cured, it provides an ultra high performance with a very natural, low luster finish that has very little incidental darkening providing for a more natural look compared to traditional heavy coatings. It also repels most food and beverage products such as lemon juice, vinegar, mustard and red wine. This is really important for protecting your countertop from spills or stains.

I found this product to be incredibly easy to use. The instructions were clear and easy to follow so I was able to get the job done quickly without any problems. The application process is simple just make sure you re following all safety precautions like wearing protective gear and using a respirator when working with sealers containing volatile organic compounds VOCs .

The sealer comes in an 1 qt bottle which is enough to cover approximately 300 sq ft at 2 coats of application. This product is also 100 countertop safe so you don t have to worry about damaging your countertop surface. However, it s important to note that you should not stick tape to sealed countertop surfaces as many tapes have acrylic in the glue which can chemically bond to the acrylic in the sealer and can cause de lamination. If this happens, these areas can normally be sanded and spot fixed.

In my opinion, this product is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high performance and durable concrete sealer specifically designed for use over Z Aqua Tint on concrete countertops with little incidental darkening providing for a more natural look compared to traditional heavy coatings. And with its easy application and long lasting protection against most food and beverages, it s definitely worth considering if you re looking for an effective way to protect your concrete countertop surface from everyday wear and tear.
